After review of your account and attempted transaction there is a rejection from your banking institution. This isn't always due to an insufficient balance. Information mismatches between your account and bank account or anti-fraud measures by your banking institution can lead to failures like this.
If your transactions are unsuccessful, please ensure all information entered is for a personal account and matches your up-to-date banking records. As this is a relatively new product, we're making improvements to order processing weekly and recommend trying again next week.
