We are pleased to offer DC NFT Marketplace users the ability to withdraw funds via USDC transfers. This feature allows you to transfer funds directly to any on-chain address you own, including an external non-custodial wallet like Metamask or an exchange account like Coinbase or Kraken. Many exchanges offer the ability to convert USDC into your preferred fiat or digital currency, so once your USDC is transferred from the DC NFT Marketplace, you can exchange your USDC into your desired currency through your exchange account.
Below is the step-by-step process to withdraw your Credit Balance as USDC.
1. Sign in to your DC NFT Marketplace account and click on your username on the top right corner.
2. Select “Account Details”
3. Click “Credit Balance” to view your available balance.
4. Click on the “Withdraw” button.
5. Once you click “Withdraw,” the window below will appear. Please keep in mind that inaccurate information will result in lost funds – make sure to carefully review the information you enter. If you are transferring a large amount, it may be worthwhile to pay the cash out fee twice in order to do a test transaction and ensure you’ve entered the correct address. Click on Continue to confirm you agree.
6. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and click continue.
7. Carefully copy and paste your Ethereum ERC-20 supported address into the field and click continue.
8. Review and confirm your withdrawal amount and Ethereum address. Important: Transactions sent to Ethereum wallet addresses are impossible to reverse. You must confirm that the wallet address you are entering is accurate.
9. You will now receive an email to validate your withdrawal request. Note that you have 24 hours to confirm your request via the link in your email, otherwise, your request will expire and you’ll need to submit a new one.
Once you’ve confirmed your request, our Compliance team will work quickly to review and process your request typically within 3-5 business days so that our withdrawal processing partner can send you your USDC.
